- What counts as a slot?
- One keyword on one source. "morning routine" on TikTok and "morning routine" on Instagram are two separate slots. You can mix freely up to five.
- Can I change my cutoff later?
- Yes. Cutoffs are per-slot and you can adjust them anytime from the dashboard — the next 02:00 PT digest picks up the new threshold.
- How do I cancel?
- From your dashboard or through the link in any billing email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscriptions are non-refundable by default, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, 14 days in the EU and UK on your first payment, subject to conditions). See the refund policy for the full picture.
- Why USD and not local currency?
- Billing is in USD via our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle handles currency conversion, applicable VAT/GST, and tax invoices for you at checkout.
- Is there a free trial?
- Not at the moment. Cancel anytime stops future renewals; refunds are governed by the refund policy and depend on your country of residence.
